Legal Affairs is a small team with a wide range of responsibilities from providing internal legal counsel, coordinating mandates entrusted to outside counsel, as well as revising, negotiating and preparing legal documents, especially pertaining to real estate and commercial law.

Its aim is to provide sound advice and legal opinions thereby ensuring effective decision-making.

Metro's Legal Affairs team is made up of 15 professionals, all of whom, whether notary or lawyer, deal with their share of challenges every day.
