Specific Responsibilities                        

  • Develop, inspire and lead in house Design team. Provide support, guidance and encourage team to maximize their strength to further improve design concept                     
  • Prepare preliminary and final Store design layouts, fixture plans, and construction details for internal review and presentation to client for assigned projects.                    
  • Provide solid Design décor drawings, based on Company Design standards. Be creative and flexible to apply  Typical  Décor elements based on site specific requirements. Provide recommendations and review store design proposals with Design Manager and Planners and respect established budgets.                    
  • Review and approve all in house drawings for accuracy and completeness in accordance with Company standards.  Supervises the team to ensure the timely completion of projects by monitoring progress throughout the creative process.                    
  • Oversee, assign, review, and follow up on Fixture floor plans, Décor packages, feasibility reports, Design consultants and Exterior Building façade proposals.                    
  • Conduct timely site visits to ensure accuracy and provide design solutions that meet Company standards.                    
  • Provides recommended solutions and weekly  project status updates to  Manager to proactively address any issues.                    
  • Assign and oversee all 3rd party Design consultants when required. Ensure work is completed according to the Company standards and project schedule.                      



  • Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.                    
  • 3-5 years of experience creating retail design concepts and supervising a design team.                    
  • Must be proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up and have some knowledge of REVIT and other design soft ware such as Photoshop. Must have an strong knowledge of the Windows PC environment and a basic understanding of SAP. Good knowledge of OBC standards.
  • Ability to plan and achieve project activities and identify and prioritize urgent and critical tasks both for assigned team and self.
