SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent manages the maintenance of the warehouses entrusted to him/her on the building and general maintenance side. She/he is responsible for management monitoring using computer tools.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:
- On a daily basis, the processing of requests from the operation of the distribution center and the warehouse building aspect is carried out.
- Participates in the definition and prioritization of the work to be carried out in collaboration with the various stakeholders of the warehouse.
- Guide Ti Management, creation of maintenance routes as well as modifications to the structure.
- Responsible for responding to first level alarms (Fire protection, Power failure and building)
- Identifies the resources needed to carry out maintenance work (Labor and/or subcontractor)
- Coordinates and implements preventive maintenance work (roofing, plumbing, refrigeration, ventilation, electricity, etc.) with external suppliers.
- Archive various inspection reports (GMP, Quality Control, Haccp).
- Participates in the coordination of various projects.
- Coordinates and audits tasks related to general maintenance services (janitorial care, waste removal, snow removal, landscaping, etc.)
- Be an ambassador for OHS in the workplace and promote it to its service providers.
- Ensure the optimization of the quality and level of customer service.
- Educate serviceproviders on the importance of Distribution Centre Operations.
- Carry out the various follow-ups with internal customers (transport, Operation, quality assurance, etc.
- Checks all building work invoices.
- Manages emergencies as required
- Performs allother related duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- DEC or DEP in Electromechanics, Electronics or Building Mechanics
- 5 years of experience in Automation, Electrical and/or Mechanical Maintenance
- Experience in a distribution centre
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of building management systems
- Knowledge of CMMS systems
