SUMMARY:

Participates in the development and maintainance of Labour/ Efficency tools to maximize profitability in the stores while providing the necessary technical support in administrative and operational activities.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participate in the achievement of the Operations budget and retail service business plan.

- Identify the issues of priority performance in its sector and monitoring

- Participates in the follow-up to the margins by categories of the various sectors

- Participate in the development of new technological tools

- Participate to maintain various databases of the results of the supermarkets

- Participate to maintain the parameterization of management software

- Participate in the preparation of Store / Division budgets

- Communicate issues encountered by in-store specialists and validate patches

- Validate compliance with norms and standards of the division while  guiding change

- Support the implementation of policies related to customer experience

- Visit the outlets to identify the nature of the issues of profitability and sales providing recommendations for improvements

- Visit the outlets to ensure the compliance of management tools
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Post secondary education, 5 years store experience, preferably as a manager

- Knowledge of the professional environment

- Orientation towards quality work/service

- Technical and professional knowledge with strong analytical skills

-  Good Communication skills written and verbal

-  Management of priorities

-  Works well independently and able to meet deadlines

-  Proficient in Excel, knowledge of Word and Power Point

-  Bilingualism is an asset
