  Internal Description Required.

Summary: 

< p>The Replenishment Analyst works with the Replenishment team providing administrative and analytical support. The incumbent is accountable for completion of all replenishment department reports, analyzing and monitoring purchase, inventory and service level trends and results to assist the team in achieving optimal service level and supply chain effiencies in multiple distribution centres. The incumbent will focus on reviewing data from SAP, EXE and BW systems and preparing various reports, charts, and graphs.  This role supports the team in achieving optimal inventory level, flow of merchandise and forecast accuracy.

< p>Specific Responsibilities

 

< ul>
  • Complete various daily and weekly inventory, service level, promotion and KPI tracking reports
  • Analyze reports to identify issues that impact in-stock/inventory. 
  • Analyze day to day creation of replenishment orders to effectively flow inventory to warehouses and stores, optimizing in-stock and adjusting the inventory flow.
  • Analyze current and historical trends to adjust inventory system settings for store  and Distribution Centres to maximize sales, inventory turns and gross margin.
  • Identifies enhanced inventory practices with the Replenishment team members.
  • Determine best solutions for flowing merchandise to meet inventory targets.
  • Works with Inventory Managers to continually improve the logistics process in order to reduce distribution costs and/or inventory levels.
  • < /ul>< p>Qualifications: 

     

    < ul>
  • Post Secondary education in Supply Chain, Retail Management, Business or Commerce
  • 1–3 years previous replenishment and/or grocery retail work.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify problems and draw upon a range of choices to formulate solutions.
  • Knowledge in inventory and supply chain concepts.
  • Superior time management, priority management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP – Replenishment module and BW is a definite asset.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
  • Self motivated with the ability to possess a great sense of urgency.
