Position Title: Supervisor Cash Reporting

The prime purpose for this position is to train, manage daily work flow and be involved with the accounting  and the analysis of the Cash Reporting process.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Training of all new and existing staff members in the functions as they relate to the respective cash reporting section.
  • Analyze and ensure accurate financial figures are processed and reported as per weekly deadline requirements.
  • Ensure that all cash reporting for the respective sections are entered and verified in the BDMS system within the allotted time period to meet the deadlines for weekly reporting.
  • Is responsible for the daily supervision, coordination and accurate completion of work flow in the cash reporting section.
  • Update & accurately implement procedure changes with the coordinators and ensure they understand and carry out instructions.
  • Reconcile and balance accounts for period end reporting.
  • Find resolution, taking corrective action to address difficult situations in a manner that meets the customers'(external and internal) needs and stay within our Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Resolve conflicts and circumvent potential problems in order to keep a healthy environment in the department, ensuring employees have an amicable working relationship.
  • Prepare and conduct mid-year and yearly formalized performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Implement control and reporting standards application tool.



  • College/University education 
  • 3 years related work experience
  • Strong analytical skills are required. Ability to analyze and handle GL accounts.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP, BDMS, and Sweda
  • Ability to work in a highly computerized environment, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.  Skill to multi task is essential.
  • Ability to streamline the work to reduce the time required and to be cost effective to the department.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
